Note: Make sure to completely uninstall the steam version BEFORE attempting to download the Origin version (also,delete the crysis folder in the steam\steamapp\common\ directory). I also ran Windows 10's "Launch Analysis" on the Crysis.exe. Please be aware that in order to change the Crysis.exe's compatibility mode, you have to run the compatibility troubleshooter for Windows 10. I changed the compatibility mode of Crysis.exe to Vista sp2 and ran it as administrator. Later on the next day, I noticed that Crysis64.exe stopped working like it used to. It seemed like it would have a better chance of working immediately after attempting to run the normal crysis.exe. It would work sometimes and crash other times.
